What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is the understanding that the mind, body and spirit are all intertwined and connected. When we disconnect, imbalance can start to present itself on a physical, structural, emotional, digestive or energetic level.
Kinesiology uses the muscles as biofeedback to find the underlying stress/ imbalance in the body. Working with the health and wellbeing issues of the individual to understand the presenting issue, identify limiting beliefs and mind-body disconnection, as well as allowing you to better understand yourself, and assist in restoring balance.
Kinesiology has a holistic approach and uses techniques to assist the body's natural healing process.
Are there cancellation/no show fees?
We understand life happens and there will be times when events happen beyond your control.
Non-attendance/No show to an appointment will incur a fee equal to the cost of the consultation fee and will be charged at your next appointment.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to the cost of the of the consultation fee.

How will I feel after a session?
How you feel during and after each session can vary. You are an individual, so to is your story and how your body processes.
There will be moments of deep clarity and knowing, moments of grief and everything in between or nothing at all. This is not to say feeling one way or another is right or wrong. Rather it is your body's way of responding to what has been released.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required vary by individual, where they are at and what they want to work on. This is generally discussed during the first session.
How can Kinesiology assist?
Kinesiology is effective for a variety of conditions, these may include, however not limited to; sleep difficulties, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, balance issues, stress, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues etc.
Kinesiology assists with identifying the underlying stress to assist in restoring balance and your body's natural healing process.
Kinesiology doesn't diagnose.
How long is a session?
Sessions are generally 60 minutes in length. Follow up sessions are subject to where you are at.
A lot of time is spent delving into the underlying stress of the various presenting symptoms.
Bring awareness to how your body has stored this stress, and link the symptoms to the emotions that are associated to the disharmony. Then working to restore harmony to assist your body’s natural healing process.
