I take a whole person, integrative approach to wellbeing, recognising that nutrition, movement, stress, emotions, and nervous system regulation are deeply intertwined.
Our work begins with a thorough intake to understand your health history, lifestyle, current stressors, and goals. From here, we provide personalised, evidence informed nutritional guidance and kinesiology support designed to help you build capacity, improve resilience, and support overall wellbeing.
Nutritional guidance focuses on supporting metabolic health, digestive function, and liver and gallbladder wellbeing through food first strategies and practical, sustainable recommendations.
Kinesiology sessions offer gentle, non-medical support for emotional wellbeing, stress capacity, and nervous system regulation, helping the body adapt more effectively to internal and external demands.
